Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with EstateCraft Hardware & Co. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is free on all U.S. orders. There are no minimum order requirements.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery time depends on which warehouse your item ships from. The warehouse is determined by the product and is shown on each product page.
- Items shipped from our U.S. warehouse: 3–5 business days after processing.
- Items shipped from our overseas warehouse: 5–11 business days after processing.
If your order contains items from more than one warehouse, they may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather, or high-demand periods. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once an order has shipped.
Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not able to reroute a package once it has shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
